  • Chief Growth Officer / Commercial Director

    • Hours: Full-Time (40 Hours)

    We are looking for a dedicated director-level sales and partnerships executive to join our team and shape our sales structures to scale revenue to the next level. Our goals are focused on two areas of growth: Nurturing and generating long term new business leads with European and international clients, as well as shaping and building the business model for licensing and distributing our original VOD content. The person should be excited by selling into new markets, negotiating complex deals, be highly strategic and result focused – while at the same time, as a face of our company, will transport Lure’s company culture.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • 5-7 years of relevant sales experience including management of SDR and AE functions and a track record of exceeding quota
    • Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
    • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
    • Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
    • Strong leadership and team building skills
