Der Assistent / die Assistentin wird für die Organisation der alltäglichen Abläufe in unserem Berliner Büro verantwortlich sein, wobei der Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung in der Wahrnehmung ihrer Aufgaben besondere Bedeutung zukommt. Verantwortlichkeiten
- Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung in allen administrativen Belangen, von der allgemeinen Organisation der Büroabläufe, der Korrespondenz mit Kunden, Geschäftspartnern und Dienstleistern via Telefon, E-Mail und Post, über Terminkoordination und Reiseplanung, bis hin zur säuberlichen Ablage von Dokumenten auf unseren Servern
- Vor- und Nachbereitung von internen und externen Meetings, Konferenzen, PR-Events oder Messeauftritten, einschließlich der Zuarbeit bei der Entwicklung von zu haltenden Präsentationen und Vorträgen, sowie von Pressemittelungen
- Unterstützung der vorbereitenden Buchhaltung, Reise- und Terminplanung des Teams
- Empfang von Kunden und Geschäftspartnern und Entgegennahme von Telefonanrufen
- Buchung und Terminkoordination von Freelancern und externen Dienstleistern, Erweiterung unseres Netzwerks von kreativen Partnern
- Betreuung und Koordination der Freelancer und Partner auch während der Durchführung von Projekten der Agentur, um ein reibungsloses Zusammenspiel aller beteiligten Akteure zu ermöglichen
Qualifikation
- geistes- oder sozialwissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium (mindestens Bachelor-Abschluss) oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
- relevante Berufserfahrung von mindestens 2 Jahren
- hervorragende Beherrschung der deutschen und englischen Sprache
- ausgeprägtes organisatorisches Geschick und hohe Sensibilität im Umgang mit Menschen
- die Fähigkeit, sowohl in alltäglichen als auch in Situationen hohen Drucks Probleme eigenverantwortlich und sachgerecht zu lösen, Offenheit gegenüber Neuerungen

LURE is looking for a dedicated sales manager to join our team. You should come with contacts and significant experience in the marketing sector. You will be responsible for nurturing and generating business leads with international clients, seven-digit marketing budgets and building a sales team in the future.

Tasks & Expectations
- Lead generation for advertising agencies and/or production companies
- Leveraging your existing network of international marketing director and C-Level client contacts
- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet our sales objectives and provide full insight into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
- Develop and lead large deal campaigns with prospective clients, including initial relationship development, business case building, deal negotiation, and closing
- Drive strategy, decision making, revenue, and pipeline accountability through data
- Be focused on nurturing larger, long term relationships

Skills and Qualifications
- At least 4 years of relevant sales experience
